The first treatment session at OrthoTrain
At the beginning of treatment, OrthoTrain uses special analytical procedures to test the patient in accordance with the medical diagnosis, the indication and the clinical presentation. The diagnostic tests reveal neuromuscular deficits and impaired functionality and weight-bearing capacity and provide a basis for drawing up a suitable training program. Further sports-therapeutic diagnostic measures, in addition to an analysis of neuromuscular capacity, include a test of muscular functionality to determine possible muscle tightness.
The first treatment session uses the results of the medical diagnosis and the OrthoTrain tests to establish the therapeutic goals and define a training regimen tailored to the needs of the patient. Under the tutelage and supervision of OrthoTrain therapists, the patient is introduced to the training plan and instructed on how to perform the exercises.
